have y’all ever had communion bread that was just so….nasty? like i know we have to suffer as christians, but do we really need to have whole wheat bread as the body of christ?

Some old housemates of mine were Syrian Orthodox. At their church different members of the church took turns baking the bread that would be consecrated for the Eucharist. This was all well and good until one woman baked raisin bread. This led to the memorable occasion of a rather flustered priest, who had not seen the bread until that moment, declaring, “This – except for the raisins – is the Body of Christ.”

Okay, so I think I found the problem that was preventing my posts from showing up in the “Sanders Sides” tags. It seems to be that the “Anx///iety” and the “Anx///iety Sanders” tags were causing the issue, so from now on I won’t be tagging the Sides according to what they represent (Deceit being the only exception).
I will only be referring to the Sides by name, and I high recommend that other Fanders/Famders do the same if you don’t want to be censored by Tumblr.
If you can then please reblog this so that other creators in the “Sanders Sides” fandom can see. Knowing this may be the difference between hours of work being visible to others or not.

This is blatantly untrue
Companies do not experience one day of revenue loss and pull the plug, destroying years of work and firing dozens if not hundreds of employees.
Companies which experience loss in revenue and consumer interest make investments and changes in order to regain their users/customers. That’s why organized protests and boycotts WORK. Tumblr will NOT go down after one bad day or week, but they might be willing to listen to its userbase if we put up an organized protest. (If you don’t believe me, think about how long sites like MySpace and Google+ hang around with fractions of their previous user base, often for years.)
Yahoo paid over one billion dollars for Tumblr, and the website will not go offline because of a one-day event, so in conclusion,
DO log off on December 17th to show Tumblr that you disapprove of its recent content ban and clumsy execution of censorship.

@softestvirgil Personally, I’m all for this protest. I think we should all send a message to Tumblr. But this is only gonna work if we can all pledge to it.
